• A goal plan that conforms to accepted best practices for goal-setting.
• A goal plan with clearly defined milestones, checkpoints, and incentives.
• An accountability plan to back it all up. This may very well be the most valuable benefit of your Strategy session, as even the most detailed plans can fail if there is no accountability system in place. We will jointly put systems in place to help keep you accountable to the goals you have set.
